Estate Administration

Estate Administration is the complex process of winding down all of a person’s financial, legal and personal affairs. It requires tremendous organization, attention to detail and expertise in probate matters and handling transferring, collecting and liquidating accounts. Estate Administration also involves estate and inheritance tax filings and tax waivers. An Executor has legal responsibility and liability to the beneficiaries, courts and tax authorities to comply with all rules, documents and ethics standards required of them.
