Irina S. Shea is the founder of the firm and focuses her practice exclusively on estate planning. Since earning her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1996, she has built a distinguished career spanning private practice, financial services, and fiduciary administration.
Prior to founding the firm, Irina practiced law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and later held positions with J.P. Morgan, including serving as a Vice President and Trust Officer. Her legal, fiduciary, and financial services background provides valuable perspective when assisting clients with their estate planning needs.
Irina is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York and is dedicated to helping individuals and families develop personalized plans designed to protect their loved ones and achieve their long-term goals. She is committed to providing practical guidance, personalized attention, and comprehensive estate planning solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Samantha Evans serves as the firm's Office Manager and primary client liaison, overseeing day-to-day operations and guiding clients through the estate planning process from initial intake through document execution. With a decade of experience in estate planning and law firm administration, she manages client intake, workflow coordination, scheduling, and administrative operations to help ensure an efficient and seamless client experience.
Samantha works closely with clients throughout the planning process, providing responsive communication and support while helping them navigate important estate planning decisions with confidence. She takes pride in creating an organized and welcoming experience for every client.
Samantha has been with the firm since 2016 and is a trusted resource for both clients and the firm.
